Alot of people used crushed coral to buffer their tanks....was wondering if its ok to used crushed oyster shells to do the same. I believe the same minerals thats in the corals is the same thats in the oyster shells. Just wondering if they both achieve the same results....i can get a 50pd bag of crushed oyster at feed store for $5. Enough for a lifetime. Thanks
