I would use novus 3 first then 2. The number three is a coarser compound which is better for getting rid of the sandpaper marks which is what you are probably seeing. Then move onto the number 2. Eventually the number 2 would work but it wod take a long time, just like with sandpaper.

If you think it is just minor haze then just keep going with the novus 2 it will clear up eventually. As someone mentioned too, some haziness will not be seen when filled with water to don't go too crazy.
