I'm sorry to hear that. I almost lost my 8" blue dragon b/c of that. He had busted my heater and it quit working. I'm lucky to of checked the thermometer. Once again, I'm sorry and I hope that you enjoy your replacements when you get 'em...

warning? and yeah petsmarts gonna replace them free of charge since they're fish got them sick i actually found out it wasnt the heat going off that killed them but my mom put a petsmart catfish in with them as a temp thing and it had ich and gave it to them and they hid so much i didnt notice until it was too late

i might in the futur but petsmart replaced them for free i got buffy and faith 2 today i just put them in the tank they're already eating and acting like spunky little oddballs that are bps :ROFL:
 
sorry for the loss, alwayas best to have a spare heater lying around.
