Hi there I am building a 1500 gallon pond. I have had a lot of help from people on here thus far and was wondering if you guys thought it would be okay to build 2 of the walls on the existing foundation of my house. I will be pouring cement on the walls making them thicker.
the pond is going to be 4 feet tall. One of the walls is an exterior wall that will be 10' in length. I would like to put styrofoam on the walls before cement for some insulation.
Also is it okay to pour cement on styrofoam for the bottom of the pond? I was just wondering if it would cause problems with it when the water is put in. The floor is the foundation of my basement.
Thanks a lot
