I would not want to be the one paying the water bill to fill that thing up:)

Don't know what water costs out in your neck of the woods, but I go through A LOT and have never payed more than $60/ month.

That is using an easy 250 gallons a day.

By the time Rich's ray/s are ready the clown loaches should be too big to fit in the ray's mouth..... Tinfoils/Balas will have to be watched though.

wasnt really talking in a ray food sense, more like will the ray be stressed with all that bottom movement?

I don't think so.... I had a shoal of 10 Pictus in with my lil rays confined in a 40 breeder.......

Rich doesn't have ALL his Clowns in the big tank.... He has a VERY nice growout tank that has most of his fish still in it.... And believe me, that tank's staying put. I allready tried to nab it.

by the way, if anyone here is from CT, and you want some convicts I have some babies that will need to go in the near future. http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=232171

hopefully, someday I will have a tank like yours, VL, to let these guys have some more room :). So, youre done with the construction, but do you have any ideas for the cosmetics? I'd still like to know your final design for it, so I can maybe borrow some ideas :D

nice build in a really short period of time...It was funny to watch the video and see the tiny fish in there like the blood parrots

Thanks for the build journey, really impressive. Hope your monsters enjoy!

I had help with the plywood on a few days, other than that all solo.. lol

I will keep updating until finally completed with sand, and what not. But the decor won't be changing much anytime soon as rocks & wood are tough to find lately without paying a huge premium.
