I see nothing wrong with a 4 foot high.
Make sure the wood portion is strong enough for the size, the acrylic is likely not thick enough, double check that.
they make poles to clean the sides & grabbers for the scaping.
a vacuum with a 36-48 inch tube then you don't have to reach far to vacuum
