I feed them through the hinged doors above the water line. There are 10 doors most of which are 3 feet by 2 feet.

The number of fish is impossible to count because of a large number of cichlids. With 28,000 lbs of lava rock many are hiding, breeding etc out of sight.

hi guys! i just registered in order to post in your thread. its an amazing tank.

just have a quick question....why don't you use ozone to clarify the water? its not difficult to have crystal clear water, even for such an incredibly huge tank. i don't know the first thing about freshwater, since i just keep a marine tank. but i do use ozone and an orp controller, and it has made my tank water invisible.
