Well, to answer your first question... Any I can get my hands on! LOL I like to think of them in two groups... Hot water fish and cool water fish...

To answer your second question along with the first, the 1200 gallon tank is still running and has "hot water" SA cichlids in it;

Breeding oscars
9- Psittacum
7-amazonorum
spactabalis
breeding rotkiel severums
Trio of turquoise severums
4-Aquidens diadema
and soon to have;
6-Wild uaru
6-green terrors
12 geophagus altifrons
5-"red shoulder" severums (adults with atleast one pair)

The main focus of the tank will be the psittacum... That's the goal atleast...

As for the cold water species... They will be in the fish room! No heaters! Yay! Can't wait! I'm shooting for a lot of the gymnygeophagus species that are all the rage lately it seems... Just built two 180's for the fish room and will have many many other tanks available...

Here's a little video:

Nice collection and I liked your video..thanks.

Like the turtle..does he bother the fish?

Those baby oscars you bred look great.

The parrot cichlid is one of my favourites.

Jonathan best wishes and hope to see you again.

arapaimag,

What kind of fish is this? Thanks.

Sorry outside of an Auloncara (peacock) I really am unable to tell you:nilly:. I have about 20 species in all. They also hybridize at random producing even more colour variations.

If any of you Malawi lovers can identify it for Nightstorm I would be grateful.

Most my african cichlid buddies can identify any fish and if they can not, they always tell me its a hybrid:ROFL:.
