Building wet dry for 300G

when you get in to tanks as large as 300, the only part that "might" be tempered is the bottom. Most just use regular glass because so meny people drill the bigger tanks.

Its not hard to drill glass, get a diamond drill bit and keep water on it, go slowley.
 
Really old 55s are not tempered. I drilled one a few months ago. Of course it was about 30-40 years old. Next tank a 1920s phillipines tank.
