i had the wood from an old snake rack i built that i got for free, and the plexi glass i got from a friend for free. so i didn't pay for anything yet.

the paint, the lights, substrate and the molding will probably cost around $75
 
here it is, painted and completely done.

all thats left to add in are the substrate, basking light and UV light and whatever other decor i decid on. UV light will go in last in about two weeks.

it's not the most professional looking thing, but i don't think it's bad for my first beardie cage build.
