One of the guppies we got has one eye bulging out of his head, it seems to also have a soft film over it. I was wondering if this was a case of bulge? If so, or if not what might it be and how would I treat it? I have quarantined the guppy in a small betta hex and added a very small pinch of salt and stress coat.

Unfortunately, whatever it was proved fatal.Sorry to hear about that. If it happens to another fish MelaFix works very good against bacterial infections. He probably scratched it on something and it got infected.
