Bulging anus on Stingray???

I just saw tonight that my male leo, about 8", has this red sac protruding under its belly. It eats well and swims normally as my other rays. What will I do? Any suggestion on the medication? Please help.

sorry but its probabaly gonna die. i forgot what its called but one of my motoros had that a year back. i asked aound and there is no fixing it. just unfortunate theres no way of preventing it.

Perhaps a prolapsed intestine?

Here is the picture, notice the reflection in the aquarium, you will see a rounded red/pinkish sac.

Hope that he still has a chance to live.

I would get a vet who is experienced with rays, and drop the money to help the little guy.

Ummmm how big is the sack?

For now I would STOP feeding and let the anus heal...

There u go thats what it was called. A prolapse. I ried just about everything. Except for cutting it off and pushing it back in. Eventually the ray just stops eating and dies
