BULKHEADS?

Where can I find some inexpensive bulkheads? I've looked in hardware stores, and can't seem to find anything that would work for overflow type use.

My upcoming project of plumbing a series of small rubbermaids, needs a solution. I am trying to make some simple overflows that use gravity to flow down to the next level. I am having trouble finding some inexpensive bulkheads to plumb them with, and I don't want something cheezy that will leak or cause problems. I noticed Neoprodigy had some nice looking bulkheads in his rubbermaid system..

Where can I order these in bulk quantities for the best price?

Any help would be appreciated, and feel free to throw out ideas to better improve the rubbermaid rack. (It might end up becoming the 10g rack)

a bulkhead CAN be made into a simple overflow

there safer than overflow boxes

if theres a power outage and the siphon breaks and the power comes back

If you noticed in my post, I am plumbing rubbermaids.. It would get pretty expensive to do overflows.. And yes, the siphon breaking action dosnt sit well with me..
