Predator keeper how can you be so cold about abortion. What if that aborted child was to be one of your chidren or a niece or nephew? Almost sounds like you are more cold hearted that that Matador.

I wouldn't abort my kid if I could help it, but if someone else wants to, even my brother or sister, that's not my call haha. YOU make YOUR choices, my moral compass stays on path regardless of how many babies are aborted. I'm a realist Bill, I'm not making the world a better place by telling someone they shouldn't handle their body how they want.
As the saying goes "Let (insert whichever deity you want here) sort them out".

Actually from the way you guys are talking abortion is my most valid point. A doctor and the unborn childs mother have decided that this child does not matter. The child has no say in this decision to end his life. You claim the bull had no choice and was killed brutallyso the Matador got what he had comming. By this thinking then if something horrible happens to the abortion doctor or the mother they deserve it am I right. But predatorkeeper seems to think not they just did what they had to.
The problem in this whole topic is that the public has been so swayed by animal rights thinking. We now could care less if a human is killed but watch out if an animal dies. Who is in the wrong or should I say has it comming if a dog chews up a child. Before you answer remember the child has no defense against a dog. The child had no choice in this situation. Will you guys want to save the dog from being put down or did the child have it comming for being a human. The way you guys look at this kid should be given weapon of torture and make this dog pay with his life.
No matter what others say people should not be thought of as less than an animal. However the the day is not so far away that we will be thought of as equals. This is what upsets me and believing that Matador got what he had comming only adds fuel to that fire.

I think you are overthinking this....the only reason the matador "had it coming" is because he decided to take part in a dangerous and life threatening form of entertainment.A child being bitten by a dog is another matter alltogether.
Krichardson you make the most sense of what most have stated. However there are some here who believe he got what he deserved because of how he would do it.

I was merely saying the bullfighter, if hes going to go up against another animal hundreds of pounds heavier and by far stronger, then this outcome is to be expected. My animal defense kicks in when someone says "ohhh poor bullfighter! He didn't deserve that!"....yes he did lol he knew what he was getting into and failed miserably at it, he most certainly deserved it.
My thought process on abortion is not my body and not my choice. I don't care if the doctor or mother die in a freak car accident afterwards either...
Your attempt to correlate these two widely different topics doesn't work, at all.
I didn't read this "point" in this one about the kid and dog.
Why'd the dog bite the kid? Did the kid pull his ears? Poke him? Hit him? Is the dog ill-tempered from mistreatment from the kid's parents or neighbors? Is the dog just an angry dog? Too many variables. Ultimately the dog loses because, like you, everyone freeeeaks out when a kid is involved. This is another instance of not my dog not my choice. If it was my dog and the second it showed ANY aggression that wasn't normal/manageable its gone. These situations don't generally just "happen". There are precursors and warnings leading up to this. Dogs need acclimated and tested to see what they will tolerate and what they won't.
My ex brought home a female pittbull she got for free from a family about an hour away. Great dog...to women. The second I walked into the house that dog was backed into a corner, ears pinned and snarling like she was about to fight or die. Guess what my reaction was? Dog was muzzled and packed right back up and back to the family. This type of stuff doesn't just happen. I could have shot that dog right then and there as an option too because clearly there were some instability in the behavior, but I figured the husband in the family probably beat the dog pretty severely as he was the one that made the family get rid of her.
Any dog I own is put through the tests to make sure it gets along with everyone/everything. Now if someone hits my dog and loses a layer of skin because of it, you better believe I'm fighting tooth and nail for my dog because I know it wasn't the dog's fault.
Agreed about the dogs but for some reason all dogs seem to hat Hutterites. If you don't know what a Hutterite is they are a group of people German decent I belive that live a communal life. Basically everybody works the farm for free and is given a house and food. But for what ever reason when thy come in our yard the dogs go nuts not sure they would not bite them.
