YEA WE GOT THOSE IN THE UK, OR VERY SIMILAR I FOUND ONE UP NORTH AND I HAVE IT IN A SHALLOW THREE FOOT TANK, LARGE STONES AND BIG ROCKS WITH A BIG POWER HEAD REAL PLANTS, BASSICALLY RECREATING THE STREAM I FOUIND IT IN :)

That's pretty much the perfect way to keep a sculpin.
We had one of ours for 9 months until either our catfish or bass decided to eat him, very cool fish.

They like tons of oxygen, a lot of water flow and fairly cool water (69 seems to be a safe temperature for most species). Our banded sculpin handled short periods of 75 degree temps, though I can't say what the long term health effects would be, especially since they generally come from cold fast flowing springfed creeks.
