Its saltwater. I am not sure why anyone would want to put this in freshwater. I am also pretty sure that the shark would produce much more waste in freshwater. I think this was talked about not to long ago on the shark forum.
Just waiting for the Mods to start editing our posts, but yes it is salt water. However, Bullsharks can and have aclimated to fresh water and can survive just fine in brackish to fresh. In Lake Nicaragua they have survived in fresh for quite awhile, not to mention being found way up the amazon river, in the great lakes, and so forth. We are talking breeding and being born in fresh water.

Anyway, GL on the sale and free bump.

Your right. They live quite comfortably in freshwater in the wild but when I looked it up it seemed they produced about 20 times more urine in fresh than salt. I just don't know how someone could manage that kind of extra waist. with out having a monster body of water to put it in.
