i wonder if bull sharks make for good eatin

That's really no surprise.

Bull Sharks are known to travel hundreds of miles up rivers. They've been found in the Mississippi River, north of St Louis. They've been found in numerous Rivers around the world - in North, Central, & South America, also in Africa, Australia, and Southeastern Asia.

Knowing this makes swimming rivers as potentially dangerous as swimming in the ocean is.
 
first one seen in the potomac in my lifetime. i was just telling my wife with as hot as it has been this summer that the big sharks will be moving north this year. then this happens and i look pretty smart for a few days while she tells me it was a lucky guess.....lol

That may be. But that also doesn't mean that that Bull Sharks haven't ben in the Potomac before this year. It just means that they haven't been sighted.

The main reason bull sharks - seem to enter rivers is to find a safe spot to give birth to their pups - not to feed.
