I've seen how they do that on the discovery channel, or something......they put the gun in a jig similar to the ones they use to dial in scopes. No one is actually holding it.

On sharpshooting...there is also A guy on OLN who shoots a recurve bow and slpits playing cards. He also shoots backwards while looking at a mirror..
