Good for her, don't see anything wrong with it. Don't believe any of you would have an issue with a child getting their cleft lip fixed, but oversized ears is a no go? So how ugly does someone have to be before it is OK for them to have the surgery?

Imo, a cleft lip is a real deformity... Slightly large ears on a 14 year old i cant say is...

I knew a guy back in primary and high school with big ears, as he got older it became proportionate which is why i think in this case it was a little extreme and premature....
