Bully?

I have a 125, with 3 bichirs, (endli, 2 senegels) 2 catfish, (4 line pim and sun cat), a sevrum and a couple community fish. My endli bichirs fins on the sides look a little shredded. Just wondering if it could be the 4 line? And is fin rot contagious, and how should I treat it?
