Who do I take out of the tank, the fish doing the bullying or the fish that is getting bullied?
Please help as I have already rearranged the tank several times and the fish is still getting bullied.

Thanks in advanced.

what species are they and what size tank are they in? if you have space to put them take out both for a period of time. this will give the aggressor some time out and let the one being picked on get a chance to not be worried about someone bothering them. while they are out rearrange the tank decor and put them both back in. if the bully continues after being returned to the main tank i would remove him for good.

They are mbuna cichlids and are in a 55 gallon tank.

I have the same issue. I have ajohanni a jewel and some kind of big ugly cichlid lol. They are bullying my new peacock hybrid to the point where he will not leave the corner of the tank. He's the second biggest, and I've taken all fish out, rearranged, and put them all back in. They went strait for him. I can't figure out what to do. This is him this morning. View attachment 812640

I had another johanni that got bl bullied and I traded her in for him and now he's being a baby. He won't even fight back I just watched him let the jewel nip his fin and he didn't even move. Last night he was being tough but not now

There's four total in a 37 bow front. The other three get along fine. I have a big root structure, two caves, and a bamboo section, so plenty of hiding space
