Put the money back that you would normally spend on smokes. Use that money on fish (armatus).

How about CRACK? I heard that has Vitamin C and isn't that bad for you. My dealer told me that.
 
I'm so sorry about your mom...from the one time we met her she's really nice... Did the docs check her carotid arteries for blockages? If you don't know, you should ask, and if they haven't, insist that they do. I'm sure they have since that is pretty standard of care with strokes, but that can help prevent another one. I'll be praying for you and your family!
 
dont know you bud but hope all goes well with your mom,i can stop smoking easy through the week,well long drives are hard,but just when im doin great,a concert or beer fest or some dang event comes up,and as soon as my freinds light up its like what the hell,then your back to step 1.just remember how bad you hate step 1.
