I'd watch the craigslist, Ebay sites like mentioined ^ but also you can try checking local pawn shops as well

I know, this fish business is my life. Maybe $300 worth of stuff was taken? I'm pissed they got my best tape measure in the tackle box I ever had. They took a carboard box in the van & loaded everything they could in it they could carry one time.
More sucks because it has to be someone I know or knows me.

ask your local fish shops to look out for people trying to unload the stuff. personally i had a 1,000 protein skimmer in my truck went home. noticed i was out of fish food run back. im in for 15 min. they stole it. same day i called every pet shop with 100 miles 2 weeks later i got a call from the pet shop 2 blocks away.
Be sure to keep an eye on craigslist. People are stupid and if they were not looking to set up a tank that is a likely place for it to end up.

Gosh man that sucks, your blood must be boiling. Hopefully either the lowlife who did it gets what's coming to them or it's just a not-so-funny prank.
