Butterfly fish?

They are in the same suborder, Osteoglossoidei, which is a division of the order Osteoglossiformes (aka bony tongues), but they're not arowanas.

They are bonytongues and have a very similar head shape, but that's where the similarities end. Well, they both jump too.

And both generally stay near the water's surface.
