I’d say no tank mates, but buttis are awesome wet pets. I’d stick with thatAlso, can you tell me what predator fish can I keep with the butterkoferi?

I wouldn’t add any other predator fish with the buttikoferi since it’s already messing with a bass that is larger than himself. These fish get really aggressive..Also, can you tell me what predator fish can I keep with the butterkoferi?
Yep, mine is about 3.5” now and is already a killer, he’s solo in a 75 for now, I’ve tried putting some peacocks in there temporarily and he tried to kill them instantlyButterkoferi are no joke. I've had 3" Butterkoferi terrorize entire tanks full of 6-13" fish.....I'm talking Datnoids, stingrays, catfish, etc. If you didn't raise them with the tankmates, then I'd say there is a very little chance of them NOT fighting every chance they get. Buy a group of 5-6 and try it out. Be prepared for death lol
Gave the butterkoferi away and bought a pink tail chalceus instead, what are your thought on those?Butterkoferi are no joke. Edit: I didn't really read the OP so I didn't answer it well lol. You might want to try a catfish as a tankmate if you really want one. I kept Channel cats and RTC's with Buttikoferi and also Jardinis and I had some success
Chalceus are much nicer, nice choiceGave the butterkoferi away and bought a pink tail chalceus instead, what are your thought on those?
