I've said this before for other folks - and I'll say it again... I believe it is a T. mariae. Buttikoferi do not have a dorsal spot, and they do not have the gold/tan banding coloration (Straight white is what they have)
But mariae is an awesome fish, and much more manageable. Rarer too. (Except in FL! lol)

lol..this thread came back..anyways, as the fish grew out it turned out to be a butti. ive sold t he fish since, but ill try to dig up a pic.
