How big do they get in a large tank?????

mine only seems to want to attack fish that are any where close to his size. He let gouramis small feeders and now red tail sharks in with him and he doesnt even bother them.
My green terror lasted about 2 days before i pulled him out, Angel fish and red belly pacu lasted about 4 hours before they became crayfish food in a dif tank. But ill tell you ive never seen him so bright and happy when i throw in a poor fish for him to wail on.

I would only keep him with other very large fish... Dovi, Red Devil, Texas or Flower horn...

Ive seen them 14-16 inches rare but they can get that big

My favorite fish ever...

Biggest one I ever had was 12 inches and was a straight killer had to keep him by him self in a 29 gallon he got to big and had to get rid of him... I felt bad for him in that small tank..
