Just emailed them and they claim that they have all kinds of Asian Arowanas that are bread in the US and can be sold. I have been emailing with them and they provided me with a phone number to call them. I feel it could be a scam site. Looking for some input.

It's a scam buddy. Or a reverse sting (highly unlikely but possible) operation by law enforcement.

They're illegal in the US unfortunately, I've heard there are still numbers here, but you won't find them online or in the front of any fish shops that's for certain.

I was unaware if they where just Illegal to import into the US but ok for sale if in the US already. I talked to them on the phone and its an obvious scam. Email said they are located in Maryland, phone number is from Illinois, and guy on the phone said they are located in California. When talking to him about how he obtained them he first said they are from Malaysia so I said that there is no way they could get them through customs and he then corrected himself and said the parents are from there and they just breed them in the US. With the amount of options he has I highly doubt they have a breeding operation that size. Other red flag is that I cant find anything at all online about them.

Yea, afaik, it's illegal to own, sell, or import, so this would in no way be legal. The day it becomes legal, the forums will explode!
