Sorry to hear. I have always had pretty great luck when ordering fish online. I had only one instance of DOA fish and those were replaced the next week by the vendor.
 
Oh man that more then sucks! I've been wanting to order some nitrite snails off aqua bid since no one in my area has any of the cooler looking ones like the Zebra or Horned ones. I have 1 Zebra and he's so active. I bought 3 boring olive ones but they just blend in with stones and background and so small. I've been debating on ordering online but nervous to do so. This post doesn't help things.
 
This is the 2nd thread in a week concerning vendor issues. And, supposedly (since there's no substantiated evidence) there are others with questionable reports concerning this vendor. Yet, when I check the vendor's iTrade Feedback in the vendor's Profile I find ZERO feedbacks. These threads serve no purpose since no one will remember this 6 months from now. If you have a transaction with a site member, good or bad, LEAVE FEEDBACK IN EACH OTHERS PROFILES. The feedback in the profile is the only reliable way to promote or caution other members of the business practices of the buyers and sellers within our community.
 
On rift lake cichlids there are several negative reviews about the shipping by this company. My experience was terrible. Sent me sick and dead fish. Buyer beware
 
Feedbacks spread out in the forums, again, serves no purpose as intended to alert the membership. Post appropriate FB in the site's FB utility in the member's profile page.
