I've got a manny thats 4" in Nebraska he's in a 90 and will be for the next 10 years when I'll eventually give him a 300 for life..until then he's happy and chases my finger and eats everything i give him...he's my favorite of them all goto http://home.neb.rr.com/piranha/brodgers.htm

ok so my LFS has a serrasalmus manueli and its about 4" of fish for 60 bux i know its not a common fish and that its the largest piranha species. it will THRIVE in my 30 gal till its huge enough for me to buy it a bigger tank. dose anyone know anything i should know before purchasing this fish.

Make sure he has plenty of cover to hide and keep the lights low for the first few days.
