Not being able to fit through doors or windows is probably the main reason a lot of large tanks are in garages.

Of if planned, you can build a fish room and move the stand and tank in before the wall and windows go up.

I have an 85 bowfront ( acrylic ) I love it because it goes right beside computer desk in my room can move it very slightly every once and a while if it goes forwards. (Our House Is on a hill ) Was looking at 135 glass the thing wouldn't budge EMPTY.

If you change fish tank with couch, thay happened a few months back. to long to fit around a bend and had to return it for a second love seat.

I ALMOST had a similar problem when i bought my 200G... except i measured the actual tank size and knew it would fit in the lift of my apartment block no problem... the only thing i forgot to account for was the wooden crate the tank came in... luckily for me there was a bunch of very skilled movers on hand who managed to just squeeze my tank into the lift, and then into my apartment... otherwise, i would have literally had to had to take out a window and install a small crane type system on the 7th floor of my building to try and get the tank in...
