Buying Big tanks

Hey all,

I've been searching around and I'm wondering where are some good places to buy relatively large aquariums (150 Gallon +). I've checked out GlassCages.com but they dont ship to Canada.

I usually check craigslist. Also look to see if there's a fish club in your area, people there if they aren't selling a big tank will usually know where to go for one. If you're in Ontario, there's a place in Stouffville that builds custom tanks, last time I was there he didn't have many big tanks for sale, I think biggest might've been a 75.

be patient and watch for the steal and when you see it do your dammedest to rob it out from who evfer seen it first if it weren't you!!!

Try InterAmerican, they are in Canada. I've bought several tanks from them, and I am quite happy.

Thanks for your replies. I've been checking craiglist but in Montreal theres never anything on sale thats above like 55gal.

I dont know if its to late and you have already bought your tank.
But I rate Tenecor quite high -they ship to the Caribbean no problem, and their response to a damage problem I once had was superb.
I would like to know if this is the experience of other members
