Buying Rays in Canada

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
If you ever get anywhere with group/quantity buying in Canada. You can count me in. Next time I'm in Oshawa (family visits) I think I'll have to take a trip to Lucky's and check it out.

Anyone else know any really good ray/oddball LFS's in Toronto (or ottawa for that matter)? I know of good salt water ones, but specifically fresh water?

Lucky's is best for tigers, flowers, and black rays while Gold Ocean usually carries the better quality marbles. For some odd reason, every motoro and marble ive seen in lucky's is severely ugly. Every other LFS only carries the usual motoro and retic. Aquatic Kingdom also carries other less common rays like cejas and laticeps, but they are nearly starved to death.

I like Lucky's bought a nice male motoro there and all the other rays he had looked healthy. Dragon across the street usually has large black rays that look healthy but the gentleman is hard to understand and rays seem a little pricey.
