I am getting ready to buy a used 220 saltwater tank and from the pictures, I have attached there are no cross brackets, should I be concerned?

Always be cautious when buying used equipment. That being said, I believe the bracing around the top replaces the need for crossbars.
Agreed, had to reseal my last used 220, but the seal damage was very obvious.
Any advice on removing the weir (overflow box)? I am a canister guy, and the idea of a sump conjures up images of my wife calling me at work screaming because her basement is flooding.

I would want crossbraces on a tank this size, though it does appear to have a perimeter eurobrace which may or may not be adequate already. What is the height of this tank?
