I had a request to post a bigger picture of my avatar/profile picture so here it is. This was a "Grande" 20lb peacock that I caught while fishing in Brazil on the Unini River in October 2006! Hope you enjoy!

!! Our camp caught over 1,000 fish for the week and, I'm proud to say, ALL were catch and release! Well, not exactly...toward the end of the day's fishing, each guide took home a fish to feed their family and the employees in the camp. We also enjoyed fresh-cooked peacock in one form or another every night at dinner.I'm looking to make a replica mount of the fish though as a momento and, although the fish in this photo was not the culprit, I am also going to mount my "retired" Woodchopper lure that almost made it through the week. Pretty beat up, huh??!
These fish are, pound for pound, the STRONGEST fish I have hooked into!!Scott
