C.compressiceps growth rate?

I have 2 at about 2-2.5 inches, how long should it take them to hit their max size with adequate feedings and good water quality? any way I can speed up this growth, and is there any precaution I should take to prevent stunting that isn't the same as other fish?

They grow up very, very slowly and with a little luck and much of good care they would reach their size after 2 years

I say that's a pretty fair growth rate for something already small, thanks for the insight
