Good luck Gents, bloodworms my brothers (frozen). much safer than guppies from a crappy chain store. I hope some inters got here. Also, once they eat blood worms you can get them on pellets much easier buy mixing them and refreezing. I can give more detail if you want.

Wait, you crush the pellets into a thawed cube and then refreeze it?!! Is that the secret?

Good luck!!! If there eatting feeders ,shouldnt there be some kind of vertical blotches forming? I found 2 quality pictures @ 2"with Very nice vertical blotches forming. (couple year old pics) Intermedias below water.com The other recent threads (Canadian ,pic of fish in net) the fish were larger and more mature in sample pics. Im right there with ya on the same purchase!Good luck to all who purchased and were told they were Royals.

I tried bloodworms the first night and they didn't eat them...not sure if it was stress or the size, but they ate frozen daphnia the next day and regularly chow down on that now. Just adding feeders for some variety and to help them grow faster.
