You will need live brine shrimp by the ton. That was a new adventure all by itself. The only place that carry's it is Todd's. And I hated that drive when I was low on brine shrimp. It was my birthday so I figured let's see if they will eat. I tried black worms and blood worms. They nibbled on the blood worms but didn't show any interest in the black worms I did this a couple of weeks ago. The minute the fry hit the tank the mini cichla attacked like mom and pop's. So hopefully out of the fifity these six will make it. Had another batch after these but I didn't have another tank to put them in. I will try to update more often but been pretty busy lately.

I appreciate the KIND WORDS but you out of all people know I do not own anymore CICHLA. All of them I had were distributed all around The WEST COAST in fair numbers and now i hear some made it to The EAST COAST alive and healthy!
As far as the torch, It was never passed to me. I may had alot of quality cichla back then but never ranked up to the HOMIES NAMED R1_RIDAH & DA AMAZON DON! These 2 names right here are were the people I was conjointed with and very close too. Which gave me special advise and pointed me in the right direction in search of the collection I was able to share with all of you!! To them I was they're PRODIGY the new up and coming!!!,, but sadly,, like
always someone has to ruin the hobby for me and for others then the devotion and commitment went down hill as well As THE NAME that is LOST in THIS NETWORK!
But cheers bradda!!! U are definitly on that path of greatness cuz there are only a few that have had success of spawns and only a handful that overcame the obstacle of raising the fry! And you sir are one of them!!! So without further adeoux...Congratulations!!

Thank you sir. But everytime I look in my 100g I give all honor to you. Bro your name will forever be mentioned with the Elite. Just for that one hook up it was forever and always will be the high light of my collection. Thanks again bro.

The The 600 is inchen closer Mike got one more pump to buy .Already have a reeflow hammerhead i bought from Flamenco T At a heck of a price i might add It's gonna have 9000 gph mike...
and i am building the filtration myself You may or may not think i'm crazy but i am gonna over filter this thing to an Extreme

Over kill is the best! That 600g is going to be awesome.
I am going to keep the 210g for growing out all of my fry. Since all of my cichlids breed in any of my tanks no matter the other occupants I am in no rush to set the 210g up. It's just an extra tank for me so I figured it would make a good grow out tank.
