Yea, all I have is a standard florescent light for a 30 gallon.
My fish seem to be stressed a lot more. Does anyone know why they would??

BRO ,unless you got jesus filteration 11 5in+ cichla in a 80gallon can only go so far. your bioload must be off the charts.
