Also, I love the orinos, but what kind of monos are those? Does your oscar get along with the bass? I have 6 juvies with an albino oscar with no problems thus far. The oscar is a baby and constantly pouts over everything. I am thinking bout getting some monos from Rapps. My bass were listed as ocells at the LFS, but one of them is definitely a 2 spot mono. Now I'm wondering if they're all monos. Sorry for the rant.

In a way you are right the two you are thinking are Mono are Kelberi used to be called super Mono...And rapps quality is always great my Orino and kels are from him..

Is it the lighting or is the darker substrate darkening them up?

I am sure substrate is playing a little part but i don't have my lighting done yet way underlighted ken...

They are from Rapps 4th batch Minus Gerious ....

Almost forgot the tank size is 10X3X3 675 gal and right now 8 cichla are in the tank....

Bro there are not that many Ceara over here as you think! I wish there were more but there is only a handful to be honest. There are more of the type you see in Hulon's photo's then any sp of Kelberi Menias Gerias(sp).
