Ya you know MFM i learned my leason with heaters for sure .All my heaters as they go out are being replaced with (Jagers) personly i think i like them the best....

Can you guys get Rena smart heaters in US. In my experience they are flawless.

Hey tim does rena make big heaters i have only seen up to 300 watt?HAHA!!!! Guess thats what i get for showen off tim ...Shoot i got so much work to do it's crazy.I been cleaning the garage out so i can do the electrical and plumbing and isulation .Then i got to drywall tape mud and texture then run frp fiberglass 4 feet up when i'm done with that i have to weld bracing all over the stand because it was made to be supported by walls on three sides grind everthing down nice take it to be powder coated..Then at that point i can start setting everthying up plumbing it and getting her going .Plus i am going to move my other tanks out there too!!!!Alot of work but when it's done it will be sweet for sure

Naw, I'd go with flat black all the way. But yet, the Blue sounds good to. Up to you man, I'm not to worried about the stand color, It's the fish that counts.

HAHA!!!!the fish are what matters for sure But i am going to do it right ...I Hurried setting up the 180 and there are things that i just kick myself for not taking the time and rushed it .I think i am going to sell the Mack 5 pumps and just get a pool pump the Hayward puts out a little over 8000 gph and only uses 4 amps

Personally, I would powder-coat a steel stand. Painting on steel doesn't keep rust away long term unless the finish is baked. It's well worth the few extra bucks for powder-coating if you ask me. Spray on truck bed lining is another option.

Ya Hillbilly that is what i am going to do ...A powder coating place just opened up last year next door my bookeeper They have an oven big enough for a car so the stand should fit no problem .They have tons of colors tho Have not been by there lately hopefully they are still opened

Id paint it w/ a candy flake....emerald green w/ a gold flake...hahahah....like a lowryder car..hahahah. Probably not...Powder coated would be the way to go!
