Just a thought, but it would sound better if it was Cichla RULE Everything Around Me, instead of RULES. . . .

Try to keep the ego in check though guys, twas because of that, among other things, that got the leagues shut down. Thanks.

Then to see peanut powers post on this thread has me rollin...

Seems like you have been around the cichla keepers for a while peanut power, do you keep cichla? Or just moderate?

Anyhow, the MCL was not as impressive as I thought. I thought you guys would have like a min tank req, and min cichla count or something.

Great. You did not need to remark Peanut that way for offering his thoughts regarding this group. This has nothing to do with authority but keeping your head and ego leveled among others. Even then, he is a member, not just a moderator, so he has every right to say how he feels about this.

Some of the posts indicate a fine line between community and elite group. Which one are you from? I feel that this thread somehow alienates those who may be intimidated to ask cichla questions from those who brag their knowledge and expertise all around while being part of the CREAM group. That's not exactly what MFK should reflect about. Not all people have the same attitude to get to know others better. What comes down here is that we are one and only community so you need to bear in mind that you may be part of the group but you are still part of the overall community and everyone should not be segregated based on what they know, how they keep and how much they know.

I would just like to say that i am proud to be a part of this community meaning MFK And by know means think i even come close to knowing even a 1/10th of what there is to know about these wonderful creatures we call Cichla and at this time would like to say to any member i would love to answer any questions you have about cichla if i can and if i cannot try to steer anybody in the right direction i just love fishkeeping with a passion and if i can help one person or alot of people it would mean alot to me

I have no qualms for the group, Hulon, and on my part, I appreciate the clarity of your post. The staff is just concerned with the approach taken in this thread as we would prefer that this does not alienate the beginners from the CREAM group as it seems to look like in this thread.
