its looks like im getting some Cryptoheros spilurus. looks really nice!

Yeah spilurus are easy going & not to common. They might hybridize though so try get an extra female of each to give the males options of same species mates.

I had some spilurum a few years ago (had ordered sajica from the LFS and got a mix of spilurum & septemfasciatus?! wtf!) and they seemed decently aggressive. You could always check out some of the not as common thorichthys species?

I´m gonna use a background that togheter with driftwood and lots of plants would provide enough hideouts for any kind of fish. i want a bushy look of the tank ( are bushy the right english word?? :) ) Im rather new to ca/sa and cant find any info of the fish you mentioned. are robertsoni a variant of fm?

No robertsoni were a member of the genes Amphilophus but were resently re classified to the genes astatheros

Hold on man if you got a pair of slavinis they would rule the tank and keep all the othr fish crammed in one corrner or ripped to shreeds that because they become VERY aggressive when BREEDING how ever a single salvini could work some are still pretty aggressive but others can be kinda mild mannered you could try 1 salvini but NO pairs of them

I haven't had the best luck mixing Archocntrus and Cryptohero's. Same thing if you ask me. I would go with either the Thorichthys or the Robertsoni, Altifrons, etc. Or even Severums or Geo's if you don't mind mixing Central and South Americans.

Ive kept sajicas with salvini and a grammode pair(havent bred yet) also with some pantos, they are my grow out 75. i wouldnt recommend it to anyone tho,all the nasty cichlids like salvini, grammode and panto are moving within weeks. they have been together for awhile.
put with only 2 species in one tank there would be fights over space. the sajicas would be out competed.
I would go for a pair of sajica and a pair of thorichthys.mixteco blue or tho.ellioti.

I would add 2 or 1 sev as stated or amphilophus lyonsi, or robertsoni as mentioned too, maybe a geo there are tons of great looking earth eaters.

definitely no, Salvini are much to aggressive, not to mention the fact that they get so much larger then a sajica, for me, i would never do this set-up.
