C02 question.

I have one of those tetra brand yeast/sugar kits . I know that I use water and sugar, then add the activator, yeast and a stabilizer which is a mystery to me. My ? is , what the hell is the stabilizer. Thanks for all replys.

yea i have one of the redsea co2 kits (little bottle w/mystery powders) I hooked it up 4 months ago and never refilled it, but my plants are still growing. Guess it didnt do much....
