CA, ID help please

Baby barred midas....Looks a little like a "chancho"....

See, I did think he looked like one, but he only has the two spots?? I'll have to look at the chancho.
It makes it really hard cause most sites have pics of the adult.

Ok, now that I looked at the Midas more...I really do not think he is one, they have more of a line of spots, or a black line running down their body, he only has the 2 spots, and I don't think his head is shaped the same either??

Look at the pic of "female w/ fry"? Looks very close.

All of the photos have fish with the dark black spot on the lower section of their gills, though.

I've been looking for a fish that looks just like that, IMO it is a barred midas.

Coincidentally, any "flamingo cichlid" I've ever seen have been hormoned rd/midas.
