CA/SA DONATED 55 GALLON STOCKING

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Clown loaches aren't really "too big" for a 55 gallon until you start to see their growth rate. Yes, they will eventually get too big, but you can house them in their for a very long time. Just get them when their juveniles.

Go with smaller species like yoyo loaches.

Yeah their growth rate is very slow s i can keep them for maybe a year or two without them outgrowing the tank.

If this is a newly set up tank, clown loaches are a bad idea. You'll most likely be dealing with Ich unless the tank is well-established.

The tank was already stocked & established I just replaced the fish that were in there with new fish so ich shouldn't be an issue at all.

Never say never, so to speak, when dealing with Clown Loaches and the possibility of Ich. Especially CL's under 3".

I've had clowns before... So I think they'll be fine
