Took my camera in there so that I could find a waterproof box to put it in and couldn't resist the urge to snap a few pics, especially of the monstrous RTCs that they rescued.

Cool!. How big is the FRT in the 2nd pic?

I think it's just a soft shell turtle commonly found in Texas, I don't think Cabela's would get a FRT.
and I believe that they have a 35k gallon tank(which is what in those pic) and a 10K gallon tank facing it.
 
The snout is too broad for a softshell and even though softshells have webbed feet, they're stubby and still look like feet. Softshell feet do not look like the paddles in the pic.

I don't know what it is but I know it isn't our local soft shelled turtle.
