It does not have a drain. For emptying it all I do is scoop cups of water into a bucket. Once the water it low enough, I take out the bin and rince it off in the tub. I do the same thing for my anaconda tub. However, its next enclosure will have a drainage system.

Why thank you. The next cage I build wont be for awhile now. The only problem I have is the doors... The middle always sages or something doesnt work. But this time I used 3/4 plywood with 2 barn hingesand 2 locks and a huge door handle. So it should work.
That came out great. I am incapable of doing that lol which is why I have to buy my enclosures.
You can always just attach a small powerhead to a tube and use that just to drain out water instead of scooping it out. Than put it away.
