jancible was gonna ask what camera but you already answered that. More importantly what lighting system are you utilizing and how are you setting up your lighting to eliminate glare from tank glass. Phenomenal photos by the way. I used to do underwater photography and a lot of your pics remind of it.

It's simple, external flashes are placed above the tank on the cover glass.
