Pink gene is reccessive to black gene, the pink gene and the calico gene kinda work together. I bred my calico female to an hrp male and i produced 50% pinks and 50% calico, it really depends on which calico gene you have. I have discovered that there are codom calicos, dominate calicos, and reccessive calicos believe it or not but they all are connected to the pink gene.
 
would mine be codom calico Or recessive calico ?

Usually the calicos that look like yours are codom but the only way to tell are to breed them. I think when you get the babies from these guys they will produce what i call super calicos ( dominate Calico) which are calicos that have more black markings then usual. When you breed a super or dominate calico to a normal you will get all calicos.
 
I figured they would be codom. I never seen the offspring of the female and her old mate that died before Krustyart sent them to me.

Art told me that a third of really light marbled ,light and heavy marbled came from each spawn but given its not the same male she spawned with before art gave me them who knows.

I would say that they are codom so you could make dominate calicos, if he made any calicos then its atleast a codom and i think you will make dominate calicos. I definitely want some of them lol.
 
From what art told me most their fry was calico with a few het pinks.
